Job Description
We are seeking a Lease Analyst who can demonstrate a strong understanding of leases, compliance, and governing documents. This role involves managing a portfolio of over 150 retail locations within a larger network of more than 575 units. The ideal candidate will lead lease negotiations and strategy development for approved sites and collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment and resolve issues.
ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of 150+ retail locations.Lead lease negotiations and strategy development for approved sites.Collaborate with Legal, Real Estate, Design, and Construction teams.Abstract lease documents into leasing software and maintain digital records.Review and reconcile monthly/year-end expenses, including rent, operating costs, and utilities.Conduct annual desktop audits of operating expenses to ensure lease compliance.Process invoices, escrow changes, and ensure accurate billing.Manage Tenant Improvement Allowance billing and documentation.Handle Estoppels, SNDAs, ownership changes, and vendor setup.Act as liaison between landlords, internal teams, and third-party service providers.Monitor centralized communications and maintain physical and digital lease files.Coordinate Certificates of Insurance and resolve discrepancies with providers.Essential SkillsExperience analyzing, CAM, and CAM reconciliations.Proficiency in lease abstractions and lease analysis.Additional Skills & Qualifications2-5 years experience in commercial real estate.Experience with CAM reconciliations.Degree preferred, but not required.Experience with CoStar is preferred, but not required.Work Environment

The pay range for this position is $105000.00 - $105000.00/yr.
