What this opportunity involves:

We're seeking a driven graduate or administrator to join our Canberra team as Lease Administrator for a prominent Government Account. You'll support management with diverse property portfolio duties including coordination, reporting, and portfolio management in line with JLL and client requirements.

This is a 12-month fixed term contract beginning early 2026.

An overview of the role:

Calculate monthly reports (fixed, CPI, lease events) for Property ManagersHandle landlord queries related to lease administrationProcess all lease documentation and paperwork within required timeframes, including IOV/MOUs, correspondence, and reportsManage LA Team processes including detailed submission reviews and weekly database auditsCoordinate property portfolio activities such as lease renewals, negotiations, terminations, rent reviews, and statutory chargesHandle administrative duties including arrears settlement and incomplete landlord informationProvide excellent customer service to tenants, clients, contractors, and vendorsTake meeting minutes for leasing and valuation meetings when neededWork flexible hours for training JLL and client staff as required

Join our dynamic team! We're looking for an ambitious graduate (Real Estate, Commerce, Finance, or Property Law) or experienced professional to launch their career as a Lease Administrator with a high-profile Government client in Canberra.

Australian Citizen (required for Baseline Security Clearance) Commercial lease experience - ability to interpret contracts and rent roll reporting Strong Excel and data software skills with property management system experience Accounting knowledge including reconciliation experience Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Positive, client-focused attitude with independent work capabilities
