We’re looking for a Lease Administrator to support our Real Estate team across 225 stores by managing lease documentation, coordinating legal notices, and maintaining data integrity in Lucernix. You’ll be the key link between internal teams and external partners, ensuring lease compliance and smooth store operations. This role offers hands-on experience with legal agreements, financial processes, and system training—ideal for someone detail-oriented and ready to make an impact.Why Work With Us?We value integrity, respect, and teamwork, encouraging a unique and inclusive culture.Enjoy Associate discounts at our stores, available to you and eligible family members.Immediate access to our Group Benefits package, including a Health Care Spending Account, Retirement Savings Program, Associate & Family Assistance Program, and various well-being resourcesA competitive vacation package, paired with a Vacation Trade Program that allows you to opt in for an extra week.Comprehensive training and development resources designed to help you learn, grow, and succeed.Exciting career paths with growth opportunities and tuition reimbursement to support your career progression.What You’ll Do:Support the Portfolio Administration and Real Estate teams across 225 stores by managing the lease management system (Lucernix), reviewing critical lease documentation, and coordinating with internal collaborators and external legal partners to ensure accuracy and compliance.Prepare, implement, and gather all required documentation for Landlord notices, adhering strictly to established processes and operational protocols.Draft and manage option exercise notices, lease extensions, license agreements, non-disturbance agreements, notices of lease, and other standardized legal documents as needed.Oversee the full lifecycle of new store possessions—from initial possession through to activation within Lucernix—ensuring seamless integration and data accuracy.Update financial data in Lucernix in alignment with departmental directives, maintaining precision and timeliness.Maintain and enhance Lucernix by entering new lease data and updating records to reflect renewals and amendments, ensuring the integrity of portfolio information.About You:Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a commercial real estate environment, with a strong understanding of lease administration.Proficient in MS Office and experienced with electronic filing systems and database management tools.Skilled in prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.Highly organized with exceptional time management abilities and a proven capacity to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.Posting Details: Posting End Date: September 7th 2025If you’re ready to bring your energy and passion, we’d love to hear from you.
