Lease Administrator, Data Center Real Estate
**Minimum qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 5 years of experience with manufacturing, supply chain management, or fulfillment planning and execution in a new product introduction (NPI) role. + 5 years of experience in real estate Lease Administration, specifically with triple net lease administration. + 5 years of experience in program or project management. + Experience with commercial/industrial lease agreements, legal language, financial terms, and operational aspects of triple net leases. **Preferred qualifications:** + 10 years of work experience in real estate lease administration, specifically with triple net lease administration. + Experience in business process documentation process improvements and database management/tracking. + Experience in colocation, data centers, or industrial properties, spreadsheet, data analysis, presentation software, organizing and managing contract data. + Strong understanding of commercial/industrial lease agreements and familiarity with legal language, financial terms, and operational aspects of triple net leases. + Ability to interpret complex lease documents, reconcile financial data, and resolve issues. + Strong verbal and written communication skills. As a Lease Administrator for Leased Asset Management, you'll support global data center lease obligations through abstracting and maintaining accurate lease data and generating reports for leadership. This role works across global time zones, geographical borders, and with internal and external cross-functional partners.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google . **Responsibilities:** + Abstract lease terms for new transactions into the leased database, ensuring alignment with the agreement team partners and meeting Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements. + Monitor construction costs and delivery dates in collaboration with partner construction teams, ensuring accurate recording of the costs and dates in the lease database and communicating them to financial partners to maintain compliance. + Provide interpretation and ensure compliance with Triple Net Leases ensuring all related data is recorded and shared with partner teams. Respond to requests for information regarding the Triple Net portfolio. + Track post-acquisition lease documentation, ensure lease data is updated in the lease database, facilitate data visibility by dashboards, and generate reports. + Collaborate with lease team, legal, and other partner teams to maintain and enhance existing business processes.
