Job Description Summary

As the Lease Admin, Associate Director, you will be responsible for the day to day management of the Lease Administration Services team supporting C&W’s client and actively maintaining the Client relationship.

Job Description

General:

Fosters excellent client relationshipEnsure overall quality of service deliveryCoordinate service and/or resources delivered to the clientManage the flow of key documentation and client communicationsDesign reporting products to meet the clients’ unique requirementsEnsure accuracy of all client materialsEffectively manages all aspects of account team responsibilitiesLead and / or facilitate client meetingsGenerate standardized and ad hoc reportingReviews and ensures accuracy of reports and client submittalsPerforms other duties as requested by VP

Process Management:

Process management consultingImplement standardized processes that create maximum efficienciesOversee development of standard forms and proceduresEstablish baseline performance measurements at onset of relationship or periodic intervalsDevelop performance measurements for internal benchmarkingProvide period reportingDevelop and implement account operations manual

Portfolio Administration:

Implement and manage overall portfolio administration functionRecommend and implement process improvementsDevelop and implement performance measurementsManage and /or perform all lease administration tasksAccountable for accuracy of data in clients’ portfolio management systemProvide written and oral reporting of critical lease action itemsEnsure accuracy of critical lease action date reportingOversee maintenance of database ensuring all data is accurately classified, approved and processedOversee and manage desk lease audits processManage review and processing of Estoppel CertificatesManage subtenants including rent collections and subtenant billing requestsEnsure timely entry of all data and submission of reportsEnsure all files are updated and complete and follow corporate standards for records retentionManage client budget forecasting and variance reporting

Human Resources:

Participates in the recruiting, hiring and management of human resourcesAssess and project staffing needsWithin the structure provided by C&W Human Resource, implement and oversee Performance Management Plan Program for the Account Team under purview.  Participate, when required, in Performance Improvement Plan in accordance with C&W’s Human Resource Guidelines and Policies

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred8+ years’ experience in lease administration, real estate management, or a related fieldUnderstanding of the lease administration function, ideally with multiple industry sector clients and clients of various maturity levels/buying patternsProven track record of leadership and team managementStrong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and financial planningExcellent oral and written communication skills, presentation skillsStrong relationship management and interpersonal skills; team-orientedAbility to listen and discern client and account needs and make effective presentations on complex topicsAbility to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, senior management, and client groupsDemonstrated ability to solve complex problems and deliver a variety of options in complex situations

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $ 84,991.50 - $99,990.00
