Job Family Definition:

Leads the strategic design, development, and implementation of innovative learning solutions for clients, stakeholders and external partners.  Partners with clients to assess their learning needs, recommend HRIS-integrated solutions, and deliver transformational change to help internal and external partner organizations maximize their learning potential.  Leverages deep expertise in digital learning platforms, and HRIS best practices to drive adoption, engagement, and measurable business outcomes for large scale learning transformation initiatives.  Leads special technology initiatives, facilitating and collaborating with the HRIS leadership team, Global IT and executive HR stakeholders and external vendors. Drives the implementation of best-in-class Human Resources (HR) systems/solutions providing relevant, timely, and accurate HR information for HR planning, decision-making, labor compliance, learning & development and performance measurement. Works with HR process owners, business stakeholders, IT providers and other project teams to evaluate learning needs and may design new or modify existing learning systems to meet changing demands. Defines and implements learning processes and tools that improve team member experience. Leads large, cross-division functional teams or projects that affect the organization's long-term goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

Lead complex learning transformation projects for clients

Conduct needs assessments, requirements gathering, gap analyses to identify learning opportunities aligned with business objectives.

Design and deliver scalable learning strategies and change management initiatives

Partner with IT to ensure seamless integration of HRIS learning solutions with downstream systems

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing thought leadership on learning trends, technology adoption, migration strategies, security and reporting

Facilitate technical demonstrations and training sessions for internal and external partners

Stay current with industry learning trends, emerging technologies and best practices in HRIS and organizational learning

Lead the architectural vision and strategy for HR learning technology, aligning initiatives with business objectives and human-centered design principles.

Drive continuous improvement and innovation in HR technology solutions.

Solve complex problems creatively and implements effective strategies to achieve desired outcomes.

Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders, fostering collaboration and trust.

Provide mentorship and support to peers across multiple HR domains.

Manage strategic vendor relationships and product partnerships.

Oversee project management, including resource optimization, stakeholder engagement, and quality assurance.

Inspire team performance and fosters a culture of accountability and collaboration.

Education and Experience Required:

Bachelor’s degree in a related study area with a typical 15+ years’ experience of working with HR Technologies and transformation.

Proven track record of managing complex HR learning technology projects and initiatives.

Knowledge and Skills:

Passion for technology with strong technical aptitude

Strong relationship management skills, including partnering, consulting and conflict resolution

Deep knowledge of learning platforms and experience overseeing large Learning Management System integrations

Superior business acumen, negotiation and influence skills

Effective meeting facilitation on behalf of large internal groups, client/vendor engagements and or senior executive-level discussions. Ability to gain consensus from a position of influence

Excellent program management skills, including ability to lead large, cross-functional initiatives that impact the organization

In-depth knowledge of learning management systems, data management, and analytics.

Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to address complex technical challenges.

Expertise in project management methodologies and tools to oversee project execution.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Ability to build strong relationships and foster a collaborative culture across departments.

Experience in mentoring and leading cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.

Commitment to staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends in HR and technology.

Knowledge of managing vendor relationships and negotiating strategic partnerships.

The expected salary/wage range for a U.S.-based hire filling this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay. If this is a non-sales role, then the listed salary range reflects base salary only. Variable incentives may also be offered. USD Annual Salary: $101,900.00 - $234,500.00
