Description

Your future role:Deliver new hire and ongoing training sessions in English and RomanianFacilitate engaging classroom and virtual learning experiencesEnsure full understanding of processes, systems, and customer journey flowsSupport associates in developing product knowledge and soft skillsEvaluate trainee performance through assessments and practical exercisesProvide structured feedback and identify development needsCollaborate with Operations, Quality, and other stakeholders to align training with business requirementsUpdate training materials and documentation when processes changeSupport nesting and transition phases post-trainingMonitor training effectiveness and suggest continuous improvement initiativesYour profile:English – Advanced level (C1–C2)Romanian – Advanced level (C1–C2)Previous experience in training, coaching, or facilitating learning sessionsStrong presentation and communication skillsAbility to explain complex information in a clear and structured mannerExperience working in a KPI-driven, operational environmentStrong organizational and time-management skillsComfortable working with MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel)Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environmentPositive, proactive attitude with strong people skillsWillingness to work fully onsite from our Bucharest office in Sector 6, CAMPUS 6.3Flexibility to work in a rotational schedule, Monday–Sunday, including possible night shifts
