The Learning Solution Advisor I acts as a strategic partner and advisor for a portfolio of business or functional groups, accountable to enable the creation, delivery and measurement of comprehensive long-term/multi-year learning solutions aligned to strategic business priorities.
The Learning Solution Advisor I develops and supports the implementation of learning strategies to build individual, team and organizational effectiveness throughout the company. This role works in a collaborative fashion with HR partners and business leaders managing relationships and overall deliverables across multiple phases and waves.
It requires critical strategic thinking, and a good balance between understanding TD's Operating Model and program structure and governance; combined with a solid knowledge of performance consulting practices, strong strategy planning, change management, collaboration, stakeholder management, and communication skills to foster and influence change and implement best practices to drive Company and departmental results.
Depth & Scope:
Acts as a primary point of contact and strategic advisor to business leader, HRBPs, Talent and Learning COEs like Project Delivery, Learning Technology, Learning Operations and day to day inquiries or BAU changesLeads performance consulting, participates in business planning and LOB projects/initiatives and conduct needs analysis to diagnose gaps, and develop effective solutions to address capability development needs that align with business and HR strategy along with the with the appropriate LOB and/or HR measurementsNegotiates, influences, and builds strong relationships with business leaders, subject matter experts, Talent COE and HR partners to understand business strategy and evolving learning needs Provides learning advisory and thought leadership to key stakeholders, engaging L&D leaders in conversations, including but not limited to new and innovative learning solutions, capabilities and limitations of learning options and modalities, and recommended solutions and rollout plans.Executes the long-term learning strategy & plan and associated roadmaps for the assigned portfolio and capabilities, ensuring they align with the skills needed to support the broader business vision and delivers a great learner experience.
