Learning Services Intern Job Description: Learning Services Intern Looking for an internship that will provide you with an experience like no other? We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Learning Services Administrator Intern to join our Partners Alliances & Expert Services team. What will the programme look like? The Learning Services Administrator plays a key supporting role within the Learning Services Sales team, ensuring the smooth and efficient coordination of training-related activities. This role focuses on administrative, operational, and marketing support to enable the sales team to focus on revenue-generating activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask across various responsibilities while communicating effectively with both internal teams and customers. Key Responsibilities: Summary of the Role Customer & Training Support • Contact customers to remind them of upcoming training sessions (calls/emails/CRM tasks). • Assist in managing training bookings, rescheduling, and customer follow-ups. • Manage training calendars, class availability, and trainer schedules (in collaboration with the Delivery team). • Track attendance and follow up on no-shows or incomplete sessions. • Handle inbound queries related to training logistics. • Administrative Support • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM, including delegate information and training history. • Pull and manage customer databases for marketing and sales initiatives. • Assist with the creation and processing of training-related documentation (e.g., opportunity creation, invoices, attendance registers). • Support monthly reporting and tracking of training delivery metrics. Marketing Support • Assist with the creation of email campaigns, flyers, and digital marketing content for promotions. • Liaise with the Marketing department to align on branding, campaigns, and communication timelines. • Monitor campaign responses and follow up with leads or delegate queries. • Contribute to the planning and execution of webinars, newsletters, and product promotions. Internal Collaboration • Work closely with the Sales, Product, Delivery, and Marketing teams to identify opportunities to promote Learning Services offerings. • Help streamline internal processes by identifying and documenting recurring administrative tasks. • Support ad hoc team requests and projects. What will make me successful? • A grade 12 matric certificate • Must have a degree or diploma in Human Resources / Marketing • Exposure to events coordination or administration is an added advantage • Must be able to work on Microsoft Office • Accounting Software knowledge will be an added advantage • Must have a Clear Criminal record • Strong customer service ethic and high attention to detail • Strong trouble-shooting and excellent communication skills (both verbally and written) • Patience with dealing with client queries and the ability to handle repetitive tasks • The ability to work within a team as a team player • Always be up to date with changes and developments • Cooperation and willingness • Deadline driven and Ability to work under lot of pressure • Conscientious, able to work with minimal supervision • Ability to think outside the box. • Teachable and hungry for knowledge Office Location Midrand Office - This is a hybrid role, three days per week at the office What can I expect from the process? • Apply online with CV • Complete a gamified science-driven assessment via Harver, to help us accurately assess if you’re aligned to our values and behaviours, whilst removing any risk of unconscious bias from our process. • If you match the profile, you'll be sent a video interview to record. • If your video interview is successful, you’ll be invited to an Assessment Centre • Successful candidates will join our Intern Programme on 1st October 2025 for 12 months As we receive a high volume of applications, you may receive a delayed response to your video interview.
