Learning Services Coordinator
Philips Healthcare training provides task-oriented learning on Philips Healthcare products. The Learning Services Coordinator is responsible for providing learning services and resource coordination services for our businesses as well as handle customer related Learning services scheduling requests. This role is of administrative and operations nature focused on coordination and scheduling of all Learning services activities at Philips Learning services centers, physical and/or virtual and responsible for managing and updating Learning services team automation tools. **Your role:** Operational excellence + Manages all activities involved in the scheduling and delivery of standard Learning services programs for company employees and customer services + Manage student course registration and logistics + Support Learning services team members in the coordination and scheduling of courses + Manage and updates delivery team tools + Manage and update Learning services department course catalog + Create and distribute Learning services department communication + Evaluates third-party Learning services businesses to ensure the needs of the company are met + Partner with management team on resource planning + Arrange travel for customers attending training at Cleveland Training Center. + Responsibilities may include coordinating and delivery of programs, such as new employee orientation and refresher Learning services + Adhere to the QMS policy and processes for Education to enable a standardized course development and delivery. **You're the right fit if:** + Bachelor’s degree in planning, business, learning services or related. + You’ve acquired 3+ years of experience in learning services, planning, or related fields. + Professional Learning services delivery with superior soft-skills and experience with Microsoft Windows and Office + Excellent written communication and documentations skills + Works on assignments that are project or system applications in nature, requiring excellent judgment + Ability to work independently and coach others, recommending where others might need further development and Learning services + Logical problem solver able to work independently + You can work across global time zones. + You have a passion for sharing knowledge. + You are a team player collaborating with global colleagues. + Fluent English for oral and written communication. ***Please submit your CV in English*** **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart.
