Summary:
The Corporate Merchandising - Learning Program Manager will design, development, and implement new programs / curricula to help grow and develop our Corporate Merchandising team. This role requires experience designing and developing Merchandising/Category Management learning programs end-to-end—from conception through implementation. It also requires someone who can effectively communicate and influence senior leaders and multiple stakeholders to gain alignment and commitment. Our ideal candidate will have experience developing customized programs in the most effective and efficient way and aligned to our organizational Leadership Principles. You will have the unique and exciting opportunity to develop best-in-class Corporate Merchandising development programs from the ground up for a well-known international brand.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Conduct needs assessments to determine business gaps and priorities
+ Design various learning curricula and programs
+ Develop high quality/high impact learning solutions (eLearning, vILT, ILT, video, etc.)
+ Manage projects/programs from initial scoping and goal setting through implementation, and business impact data collection/measurement
+ Influence stakeholders to gain alignment and commitment to successfully implement programs
+ Partner with the Learning Delivery team and Deliver content as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:
+ Education: Bachelors/4 Year Degree; master’s degree in a related field preferred
+ Experience: 3-5 years in an Instructional Design/Learning Program Manager role, preferably in a retail/restaurant operations environment; previous experience supporting Corporate Merchandising is preferred
+ Certifications/Licenses: CPLP, CPTD, APTD
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Strong problem solving, decision making and financial analysis skills
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
+ Ability to support and influence a wide range of audience types from early career to executive
+ Must be able to support design, development, and delivery to a wide variety of individuals and levels using a blended approach
+ Some experience with Graphic Design and visual learning asset development
+ Previous experience in Facilitation, Instructional Design, Leadership Development and Program Management
+ Excellent computer/technology skills and a predisposition for program solving
