OBJECTIVES:
Maximising the capability and effectiveness of our In-Field team is critical, and the onboarding experience is key to the impact a new starter can make after completing an ILP.The Learning Program Associate is responsible for ensuring all materials and Learner Journeys are kept up to date and comply with SOP RequirementsThe role will require the Learning Program Associate to work with brands to ensure learning materials deliver the strategic requirements of the brand.The role will require them to work closely with the global Learning team to ensure all launch and existing materials are pulled through from the global team.They will be responsible for budget management, to ensure that agencies are delivering requirements on time and within budget.Working alongside In-field managers they will provide advice and guidance on which learner journey is relevant for the new starter and coordinate with the Infield Excellence Learning partners on provision of Infield excellence sessions.The role will require a matrix team approach working with multiple stakeholders to ensure the new starters receive the best onboarding experience.Provide insights to the IFEX partners and in field leaders on the effectiveness of the Learning programs.Responsible for collating and storing of all compliance documents from learner journeys.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Learning Management System - The Academy
Responsible for the day-to-day and ongoing operation, analysis and administration of the Learning Management System and other online platforms deployed by the learning team for new starters and switchers.Responsible for Creating, managing, and updating learning materials, scheduled offerings, learning resources, catalogues and content onto the Academy for Learner Journeys.Ensure all eLearning content is tested & deployed (including tracking and removal of expired content) in accordance with agreed timelines with brand teams.Monitor system performance and provide a prompt response to problems to promote end user satisfaction. This involves basic troubleshooting for access and use of the system in partnership with vendor and AbbVie ITIdentify improvements to Learning operations and practices through gathering, reviewing and analyzing data and propose solutions that can improve impact.Manage system updates and release enhancementWork closely with the Global team as the UK Lead on Academy.Budget Management and Veeva Management.
Ensure all SOWs and Pos are raised for work by agencies on time.Work with procurement and the financial Business partner to manage budget phasing and to ensure best return on our investment.Work with the Brands to ensure quality, value and compliance goals are achieved.Business owner for all Learning materials including uploading and management of Expired materials in Veeva Promo-mats.Manage Agencies budgets closely to ensure requirements and timelines are met as per SOW.Matrix working
Understand the learner journey requirements of the new starter and work closely with the hiring manager to provide guidance to finding materials and content.Highlight to the hiring manager any insights gathered from any new starter as to whether additional support or help is needed.Work alongside brand teams to ensure Learner journeys are relevant and compliant.Work closely with other learning partners to ensure new starters have IFEX Training.Work with HR to update new starter trackers.Qualifications
Excellent communication skillsExperience in managing budgets and agencies.Ability to work cross functionally in a large matrix team.Excellent administration and project management skills.Ability to manage stakeholder to ensure the best outcome for onboarding is achieved.Understanding of Learning platforms and tracking performance is an advantage.Working within a pharma learning environment or learning team environment.Knowledge of Promo-mats.

This is an office-based role working on a hybrid pattern of 3 days in the office and two days from home.Additional Information
