**Description:** + To review the progress of the hotel's Training Plan and make recommendations where necessary. + Toassistthe Executive Committee and Heads of Department inidentifyingthe training needs within each department. + To co-ordinate andmonitorthe hotel's Training Plan. + Toassistwith the compilation of the hotel's / department's Departmental Operations Manuals. + Toassistwith the monitoring of departmental standards as defined in the Departmental Operations Manual. + Tobe responsible forthe security and maintenance of the hotel's Training Room, Training Equipment and Materials. + Toadvisethe Director of Human Resources of anynew supportmaterial that would be beneficial to the hotel. + To ensure that the recommended quota of Departmental Trainersaretrained for each department. + To ensure themaximumutilisation of Departmental Trainers in each department. + To plan, implement andmonitor, in conjunction with other members of the Human Resources Division both General/Core and Management Training + To implement andmonitorthe company's training materialsasper Training Guidelinesand other e-learning initiatives. + Toco ordinateandmonitorthetraining programmes. + To support the development of supervisory and management personnel in the hotel, through the implementation of effective management training programmes. + To ensure a strong professional relationship with all levels of associates within the hotel, taking an active interest in their safety and development. + To support the implementation of The People Philosophy in every departments in the hotel. + To support student trainees both local and international during their internship period.
