Description
The Learning Experience Designer designs and delivers performance-based learning experiences that strengthen capability, culture, and business outcomes across Hyatt’s global enterprise. Reporting to the Global Learning & Capability team, this contract role partners with HR, operational SMEs, and learning technology teams to translate enterprise priorities into scalable, learner-centered solutions. This is a hands-on role requiring both strategic design capability and rapid execution. The Learning Experience Designer leads end-to-end efforts—from needs analysis and journey design through development, deployment, measurement and refinement—supporting prioritized global initiatives at Hyatt.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate combines strong instructional design expertise with an agile, learner-centered mindset and the ability to navigate matrixed stakeholder environments. They are equally comfortable conducting discovery conversations, shaping scalable learning journeys, building digital experiences in modern authoring tools, and managing multiple concurrent priorities with clarity and accountability. What success looks like in the role: • Learning solutions clearly align to defined performance outcomes. • Stakeholders view the Learning Experience Designer as a thought partner, not an order taker. • Digital experiences are intuitive, modern, and aligned with Hyatt’s culture of care. •Migration efforts preserve and enhance learning quality while improving learner experience. Projects move forward with clarity, speed, and minimal rework.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr.
