The Learning Experience Coordinator supports Ferguson Academy programs by ensuring they are delivered smoothly and provide an outstanding learner experience. This role handles program logistics, communications, and partner coordination so that the Academy’s strategies are translated into engaging, high-quality learning opportunities across the organization.

Responsibilities

Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual learning programs, including meals, travel, lodging, and onsite setup.Serve as the primary point of contact for learners, ensuring clear communication and a supportive, engaging experience.Manage participant communications and distribute program materials in digital and print formats.Support setup and maintenance of learning programs in Workday Learning, including enrollment and troubleshooting.Maintain the Ferguson Academy learning calendar and assist with program reporting, feedback collection, and evaluations.Track program expenses and support invoice and billback processing.Partner with vendors (hotels, caterers, transportation, and content providers) to ensure timely, high-quality, and budget-aligned delivery.Collaborate with internal communications to promote learning initiatives.Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and ensure all programs reflect Academy standards and Ferguson’s learning culture.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).Experience in coordination, customer service, event planning, or training support.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail across multiple projects.Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (Workday Learning preferred).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a learner-first mindset.Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual platforms (Teams, Zoom, WebEx).

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
