What is the Opportunity?

RBC offers an exciting role as a Learning Enablement Manager with our Technology & Operations/Functions (TOF) Squad. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating and promoting Agile principles, practices, and values within our team. In addition, this role will provide support for event coordination and Workday integrations (programs/curriculums) in the TOF space.

The Learning Enablement Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective implementation of agile frameworks, remove impediments, and foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and delivery of high-quality solutions.

This role will report into the Senior Designer/Developer, T&O/Functions.

What will you do?

Lead the Squad to prioritize activities and focus on delivering solutions on time while contributing to target outcomes.Develop project timelines with support from the team. Ability to ask probing questions.Facilitate planning, prioritization and status update routines including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review,  Sprint Retrospective.Ensure timely updates of forms into project tracking tools (ie. Cognota/Project Place)Managing the coordination & tracking of project timeline metrics, forecast trends and meet end date commitments.Monitor and report on team progress, velocity, & sprint goals.Lead/Run routines and practices monitoring & improving the team process and partnering with Learning Portfolio Lead and Director to improve team effectiveness.Coach and mentor team members on agile routines, practices, and values.Develop the backlog of learning initiatives and drive accountability with streamlining project plansInvestigate, analyse, and mitigate risks to clear roadblock in collaboration with the squadLead logistical planning up to and day of event.  Deploy new / existing assets, communications, room bookings, production support, management of breakout room, post event surveys and feedback  Support creation, implementation and facilitation activities horizontally across squads through administrative function Coordinate events, manage relationships with real-estate bookings, maintain knowledge of preferred vendors for event planning and possess familiarity with procurement and expense policies/procedures, etc.Navigate Workday for program development, audience assignment and the scheduling of intact offerings for business segments Pulls reports and store learner data as per data collection strategy (in accordance with the established governance plan)

Excellent communication, facilitation and time management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proactive and resilient approaches to navigating ambiguity and challengesExcellent organization and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectivelyFlexibility to adjust to changing circumstances in an agile environmentStrong attention to detail Experience in working with Learning Administration and Reporting systems,Ability to work independently

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is a plusExperience / understanding of Adult Education or Learning & DevelopmentOperations mind-set
