Job Title: Support Worker - Young Adults with Learning Disabilities
Salary: £12.39 per hour + £189 monthly sleep-in allowance
Location: Rural setting near a market town in Shropshire

Are you passionate about empowering young adults to live their best lives? Join a supportive and vibrant team in a semi-independent living home for young adults with learning and physical disabilities, including Autism.

You will be based within a welcoming and homely setting, that truly promotes a sense of independence for the people you support. You will be part of a vibrant community where everyone enjoys their own space but come together for meals, games, and activities.

You will be a passionate and energetic person who is committed to helping the people you support to thrive and live life to the fullest, whilst also taking part and supporting their passions and hobbies such as bingo, baking, swimming, dance and other sports.

We're seeking a compassionate, energetic individual who can:

Promote inclusion and independenceSupport personal care needs with dignity and respectCommunicate effectively with residents, families, and colleaguesEncourage participation in daily living and community activitiesWork independently and take initiativeUse basic IT systems confidently

Essential Requirements:

Full UK manual driving licence (held for at least 1 year) and access to your own vehicleA genuine passion for supporting othersPatience, empathy, and excellent listening skills
