How You’ll Make an Impact

Collaborate with project managers, business analysts and subject matter experts to produce accurate communication and process documentation for call center and back-office representativesDevelop and curate engaging content for new hire training, initiatives and team meetings to accelerate speed to competencyDesign and enhance visually appealing, user-friendly content that aligns with workflow and supports task completionConduct peer reviews and copy edits to maintain high accuracy standards and ensure a consistent voice across all platformsAct as the final reviewer of learning content, gathering and incorporating usability feedback from internal stakeholders and learners to refine materialsProactively update content to address new issues or changes, ensuring all materials remain relevant and accurateManage incident requests from end users, resolving content issues and implementing enhancements within the project ticketing systemAdhere to Customer Operations L&D standards, design principles and role responsibilities to promote consistency and quality across training assets

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum


Required Qualifications


Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Experience

2+ years of call center or operations experience in a leadership capacity

Skills

Mastery of the English language, writing standards and attention to detailClear and straightforward verbal and written communicationUnderstanding of customer service principles and call center operationsFluent in terminology for call centers supporting Internet, Video and Mobile productsAbility to anticipate end user needs and collaborate to extract and develop contentAbility to provide and receive constructive feedback to enhance content qualitySkill in simplifying complex processes for easy understandingProblem-solving abilities to address content gaps and improve documentationAbility to prioritize, organize and deliver multiple assignments to meet deadlinesProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteParticipate effectively on virtual teams and accommodate time zone differencesNavigate changing timelines and incomplete source documentation with flexibility and adaptability
