Through collaboration with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts (SMEs), you will shape engaging learning content and experiences that meet today’s workforce needs and prepare our people for the future.
What You’ll Do
Learning Design & Development
Design and develop engaging e-learning modules, instructor-led trainings, manuals, videos, and digital learning tools from concept through execution. Apply adult learning theory and instructional design best practices to create impactful content. Conduct needs analyses to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate learning solutions. Prepare and share assessment reports recommending instructional or non-instructional strategies. Utilize tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite, Powtoons, and Synthesia to build and enhance training content.Training Delivery & Facilitation
Deliver virtual and in-person training sessions to small and large groups. Facilitate company-wide learning experiences that support leadership, communication, and operational capabilities. Lead offsite group meetings and development sessions when needed. Present learning content in a clear, engaging, and effective manner.Project Management & Collaboration
Collaborate with SMEs, project managers, and stakeholders to determine learning objectives and project goals. Provide consistent updates on progress and delivery timelines to project teams and vendors. Ensure learning initiatives are delivered on time and aligned with business goals. Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-informed enhancements.Continuous Improvement & Innovation
Stay current on emerging trends, learning technologies, and instructional design methodologies. Regularly evaluate existing curricula and recommend updates to ensure relevance and effectiveness. Experiment with creative formats, delivery methods, and technology tools to modernize learning. Drive a culture of learning and development through strong communication and collaboration across the organization.Supporting Leadership Through the 5 Es
As a strategic partner, you will coach and support leaders in modeling our leadership expectations through the 5 Es Leadership Framework: Envision: Guide leaders in creating and communicating a compelling vision for their teams that aligns with broader business goals. Energize: Encourage leaders to model enthusiasm and promote a culture of recognition, collaboration, and urgency. Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or related field—OR 2+ years in a leadership role with people leadership responsibilities and cross-functional influence Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) preferred Curiosity, creativity, attention to detail, and a learner-first mindset. Proven ability to manage multiple timelines, priorities, and stakeholders in fast-paced operations. Physical Demands
Physical demands include, but are not limited to, high aptitude for standing and walking endurance, sitting while driving to various stores, lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, pushing and pulling climbing ladders of various types, bending, squatting, and kneeling, and working in different temperatures inside and outside the store.
