What You'll Do

We are seeking an experienced professional as Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist to support the delivery of the learning strategy for BCG Vantage, a global network of leading experts and practitioners delivering impact through client work, enablement, and knowledge assets.

In this role, you will contribute to the end-to-end execution of the L&D agenda—supporting the design, coordination, and continuous improvement of learning programs aligned to business goals and providing administrative support for the function.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Learning Program Coordination

Support the execution of workshops, trainings, and broader learning programs for BCG Vantage.Coordinate logistics and implementation of virtual and in-person programs, ensuring operational excellence.Help maintain an organized L&D portfolio and update materials and calendars as needed.


Program Design Support

Collaborate with SMEs and L&D teams to help shape learning programs that are engaging, relevant, and practical.Contribute to the program design using blended learning formats and modern technology and tools.Prepare facilitator materials, participant communications, and digital assets.


Monitoring & Improvement

Track and analyze learner engagement data to identify patterns and recommend actionable improvements.Assist in measuring program effectiveness through reporting, metrics, and learner feedback.Contribute to the refinement of internal processes, workflows, and documentation.


Stakeholder Engagement

Serve as a key contact for program logistics and provide guidance to learners around learning offering and policies.Liaise with global L&D teams to ensure consistency and leverage shared resources.Help coordinate communications to promote learning opportunities.

What You'll Bring

Advanced degree with demonstrated high academic achievement2 - 4+ years of relevant experience in a global or professional services environment, preferably in Learning & DevelopmentExperience in program planning and/or logistics, communications, or coordination, preferably in Learning & DevelopmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; high affinity to tech tools (e.g., GenAI); experience with LMS platforms or survey tools is a plus.Strong problem-solving skills and solid business judgmentExcellent English language skillsOccasional international travel and flexible schedule, where required

Who You'll Work With

You’ll be part of the broader Global Learning & Development team, which supports over 2,000 professionals across BCG. You will collaborate closely with the L&D Director for BCG Vantage, your direct team member, L&D Manager, global leadership, HR partners, other L&D teams, subject matter experts (SMEs), and colleagues across Practices and functions to ensure quality and consistency in program delivery.
