Learning & Development Project Manager

In this role, you’ll manage high-visibility projects that strengthen our culture of continuous growth and ensure our people have the tools they need to thrive. As a central connector between HR, IT, Communications, and business leaders, you’ll drive initiatives that modernize our learning systems, improve internal processes, and deliver programs that align with VHB’s culture and strategy.

What You’ll Do
Lead and manage projects that design, implement, and enhance L&D solutionsDrive collaboration across HR, IT, Communications, and business partners to ensure alignment and successOversee rollouts of learning systems, process improvements, and technology initiativesDevelop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones that keep initiatives on trackSupport change management efforts to drive adoption and long-term impactCoordinate and deploy live and virtual learning programs in partnership with the L&D teamMeasure outcomes, capture lessons learned, and apply them to future initiativesEnsure all programs reflect VHB’s culture, brand, and business goals
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of project management experience (L&D or HR project experience strongly preferred)Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Training & Development, Human Resources, or related fieldProven success leading cross-functional projects from concept through completionStrong planning, organization, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentCritical thinking, problem-solving, and risk management skillsPMP or CAPM certification preferredWhy VHB?
