**Job Summary**
**Iron Mountain is seeking a** **motivated Learning and Development Manager** **to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for** **spearheading the design, development, and delivery of training programs that elevate skills and performance across the organization. You will** **manage the full lifecycle of training projects, create engaging learning experiences, and ensure our teams have the skills needed to succeed.**
**What You'll Do** **In this role, you will:**
+ **Design and manage** **the full lifecycle of learning projects, from initial concept to delivery, ensuring programs align with business goals and are completed on time and within budget.**
+ **Facilitate** **dynamic and engaging training sessions for diverse, global audiences, and measure program effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.**
+ **Collaborate** **with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify training needs and align learning initiatives with strategic organizational objectives.**
**What You'll Bring**
**The ideal candidate will have:**
+ **Significant experience in the Learning and Development field, including program design, facilitation, and project management.**
+ **Strong knowledge of training design principles for diverse audiences and effective project management methodologies.**
+ **Proven ability to facilitate engaging training sessions and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.**
+ **A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.**
