**Position Summary**
The **Learning & Development Coordinator** will support the EMEA Learning & Development Team in both operational and training delivery activities. This includes coordinating logistics for virtual and in-person sessions, administering Marriott’s digital learning platforms, engaging the learning coordinator community, delivering webinars, office hours, and orientations, and liaising with property and above-property stakeholders on L+D initiatives and projects. The role will also act as a backup facilitator when needed and support the rollout and learning readiness efforts of global and continent-driven projects in EMEA.

**Key Responsibilities**
**Training Coordination & Delivery**
+ Coordinate all logistics for Marriott foundational and non-foundational courses (virtual and in-person), including venue booking, host hotel coordination, and program material organization
+ Build and manage EMEA foundational and non-foundational courses in Marriott’s Learning Experience Platform.
+ Support the L+D delivery team with administration of the leadership framework pathway, including course setup, enrolment management, and completion tracking
+ Facilitate virtual delivery as a backup facilitator and support pre-opening teams with virtual brand immersions
+ Deliver virtual and in-person instructor-led sessions as needed
**Digital Learning & Data Management**
+ Provide technical expertise in Marriott’s digital learning platforms for EMEA
+ Support properties by leading and facilitating learning technology workshops
+ Interpret and analyze learning reports from Marriott’s digital platforms
+ Manage and coordinate the EMEA Learning Coordinator network, including engagement via digital communities, office hours, and webinars
+ Support with management of the L+D catalogue and calendar
**Project Support**
+ Support the coordination and deployment of key Marriott projects and initiatives
+ Leverage Marriott’s project management platform to track learning task completions
+ Assist hotels with virtual and in-person roadshows and workshops as needed
**Candidate Profile**
**Experience**
+ Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing learning experience platforms to enhance digital learning engagement
+ Previous human resources or training experience strongly preferred
**Skills & Competencies**
+ **Attention to Detail:** High level of accuracy in coordination and reporting
+ **Initiative:** Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision
+ **Facilitation:** Ability to deliver instructor-led sessions both virtually and in person
+ **Computer Skills:** Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 and hotel operational systems
+ **Data Intelligence:** Ability to analyze complex learning-related data to inform decisions
+ **Communication:** Effective communicator with stakeholders at all levels
