What this job involves:
As a Learning & Development Content Developer at JLL, you will play a pivotal role in creating engaging, innovative learning experiences that help our employees thrive in a dynamic global marketplace. You'll collaborate with subject matter experts across the organization to develop high-quality training content that supports our business objectives and enhances our employees' professional growth. What your day-to-day will look like:
Design and develop engaging learning content for various delivery methods including e-learning, instructor-led training, videos, and interactive toolsCollaborate with subject matter experts to understand learning needs and translate complex information into clear, compelling training materialsCreate assessment tools to evaluate learning effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvementMaintain and update existing training content to ensure accuracy and relevanceSupport the implementation of new learning technologies and platformsAnalyze performance data to refine content and improve learning outcomesEnsure all learning materials align with JLL's or client’s brand guidelines and organizational valuesRequired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or related field3+ years of experience in instructional design or content development for corporate learningProficiency with e-learning authoring tools (such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate)Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detailExperience with learning management systems (LMS)Demonstrated project management capabilitiesKnowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologiesPreferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related fieldExperience in real estate or professional services industryKnowledge of video production and editingExperience with multimedia design toolsFamiliarity with learning analytics and data-driven content optimizationCertification in instructional design or e-learning developmentExperience working in global, multicultural environments where collaboration across teams is essentialAt JLL, we believe the most effective teams are built when everyone is empowered to thrive.
