Summary: Seeking a Learning Design Specialist with expertise in instructional design, curriculum development, and technical writing to join the Sales Training team.

Requirements:

BA in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Learning Sciences or related field 3+ years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and technical writing Experience in healthcare, pharma, or medical device sectors Proficiency with Articulate Storyline or similar e-learning tools and LMS Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g. ADDIE)

Preferred Skills:

Project management skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously Creative problem-solving abilities and passion for innovation in learning design Ability to quickly learn new terminology such as medical and sales terminology Experience with data analysis and evaluation methodologies

Responsibilities:

Coordinate program logistics for new product integration Develop training schedules for learner cohorts Collaborate with SMEs to define learner profiles and objectives Design new learner pathways for Urologic Cancer franchise Review curriculum and optimize delivery formats

Pay Details: $40.00 to $48.00 per hour
