The Trivium Charter School Network is currently seeking a proactive, solution-oriented Learning Center Coordinator for our Santa Barbara Learning Center. If you are an energetic, detail-oriented person who enjoys serving the public we would like to meet with you! Trivium Charter School is a personalized learning public charter school with five locations on the central coast of California. Students attend classes two days a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays in Santa Barbara) and homeschool the remaining three days a week. Summary of Tasks and Responsibilities: Efficiently lead and execute the day to day operations of the in-person school days on Tuesdays and Thursdays Set the standard for a positive and efficient work environment Supervise, train, and coordinate the daily workflow of instructional aides Prioritize the needs of students, parents, and staff Understand and implement the learning center safety plan and oversee the safety of all students Create, update, and manage student files Provide center location tours and provide general information about Trivium’s program and how we can personalize education for every student to prospective families Clerical and administrative work will be required weekly Resolve student conflict when needed Manage and answer emails efficiently Communicate information to families and staff effectively Enter and report various points of data Proficiently utilize Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Excel Spreadsheets, Parent Square

Job Requirements:

Become certified in CPR and First Aid Pass a livescan and background check process Complete the mandatory reporter training and keep certification up to date Work 8:30am-4:30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays in-person at the Santa Barbara Learning Center Location during the school days Work 5-10 additional total remote hours on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (some flexibility with these remote hours) Maintain positive relationships with our facility lessors Lift up to 25 pounds Bend and stoop Stand and sit for lengthy periods Walk up and downstairs and/or hills

Employment as a Center Coordinator provides a rewarding and satisfying work experience and a collaborative work environment alongside others who believe in their work and in advancing the concept of school choice for all. A typical workweek is 25-30 hours, and pay begins at $25.00 per hour.
