Skills and Requirements • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or learning architecture, with a proven track record of designing digital learning solutions for multiple audiences across multiple geographies under tight budget and timeline parameters. • Experience with learning management systems (LMS), SCORM/xAPI standards, and data-driven evaluation methods.
