We are looking for a dedicated Learning and Training Specialist WFH like you to be a part of our team. **Job Summary and Qualifications** The Learning and Training Specialist is a highly motivated and experienced individual responsible for the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of training and learning programs that elevate recruitment performance, consistency and candidate experience across the organization. This role partners with recruiting leaders, hiring teams, and operations to ensure team members have the knowledge, tools and resources to excel. This role is vital in supporting current and new hire personnel. **DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:** **Training Design & Delivery** + Design and facilitate onboarding programs for new employees in various roles (e.g. recruiters, sourcers, coordinators, etc.) to include orientation, training and role-specific system access aiding new hire transition and assimilation to the organization. + Partner with hiring manager(s) to ensure seamless transitions, conducting pivotal check ins to foster employee engagement, with potential to reduce new hire turnover. + Support internal transfers and close knowledge gaps within PPR team to enable performance. + Develop various training modules to include but not limited to sourcing techniques, interview best practices, candidate engagement, recruiting technology systems (e.g., ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter), etc. + Maintain and continuously improve training materials, playbooks, and e-learning content. + Lead live and virtual training sessions, workshops, and certification programs for recruiting teams. + Oversee and support scholarship program including cascade of new concepts to broader recruitment team. + Support &/or facilitate various training and education forums (e.g. all-hands, virtual and in-person team summits, lunch & learns, etc.). + Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with business needs. **Performance & Enablement** + Assess skill gaps and training needs across recruiting teams through surveys, metrics, and stakeholder feedback. + Create performance support tools such as quick guides, process maps, and templates to drive adoption and consistency. + Partner with recruiting leaders to measure training impact and refine programs based on performance data and feedback. + Partner with key, external vendors to enhance knowledge and maximize system utilization. + Stay abreast of emerging learning technologies and trends to enable recruitment team performance. **Program Management** + Manage the training calendar and communicate opportunities across the organization. + Collaborate with Reporting/Analytics and Recruiting Operations to monitor KPIs such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and recruiter productivity. + Maintain documentation and version control of all training materials. + Support new initiatives such as system rollouts, process improvements, and recruiter enablement projects. + Implement peer mentor systems creating advancement pathways for experienced personnel and fostering positive team culture for new hires. + Manage the full lifecycle of learning programs, from needs assessment and design to delivery and evaluation. + Manage program budgets and resources effectively. **EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:** + 5+ years of experience in physician recruitment, talent acquisition, recruiting operations, or learning & development. + Strong understanding of recruiting workflows, sourcing strategies, and candidate lifecycle management. + Demonstrated experience designing and facilitating engaging training programs (virtual and in-person). + Excellent communication, presentation, and instructional design skills. + Proficiency with ATS and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, GHR, Talemetry, etc.).
