Description and Requirements Adapt and deliver learning and talent management initiatives across Japan and Asia Pacific.Partner with Japan HR and business leaders to review talent data, assess readiness, and develop targeted action plans for development and succession readiness.Oversee local learning vendor partnerships.Lead training needs analysis and capability development planning for Japan and the broader AP region.Deploy, coordinate, and facilitate learning programs, including sales, leadership, manager, and HiPo development initiatives.Monitor program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement via results analysis.Promote and build a culture of learning, engagement and professional growth.Contribute to Asia Pacific HR projects, for exampleAP wide seller's skill assessmentLenovo's annual employee engagement survey – Asia Pacific sales and HR organization's point of contactAP HR Team engagement initiatives (such as HR all hands calls)Asia Pacific sites review meeting twice a yearHR project management assistance for Lenovo’s M&A transactions in Japan

Learning Opportunities
This role is based in Japan but offers exposure to Lenovo Asia Pacific geo, which comprises 13 AP markets. Furthermore, it offers close interaction opportunities with Lenovo's global corporate HR teams, specifically the corporate learning and talent teams.Offers an international working environment - Will familiarize you with the management framework and HR functioning of a global multinational and will be only 3 levels from Lenovo's global CHRO, Gao Lan.Offers growth opportunities or career paths to different HR domains in the future, such as HR partner, rewards, etc.Offers the opportunity to work across multiple upcoming HR projects based on your areas of interest and development goals.Must have:
10 years of HR experienceRelevant bachelor’s degreeStrong written and verbal communication skills - Professional fluency in English and Japanese.Collaborate effectively within a matrix team environment.Influence and manage multiple HR and business stakeholders.Good to have:
