This role is responsible to identify learning and development needs, to implement targeted local learning, skills and talent interventions, to assess impact and to develop a learning culture. This role is also responsible to implement the leadership learning delivery strategy and successfully deploy the programs on leadership and Talent management.

What you’ll do Contribute to the creation of a learning and development culture –design and implement a plan to foster learning culture in the market; Identify workforce skill requirements linked with short and long term business needs and strategy (needs analysis and demand planning); Deliver of targeted learning, skills and talent projects;  Track the impact of learning, skills and talent interventions and implement the needed actions; Partner with stakeholders to identify needs and implement the plans and programs; Ensure programs delivery on Leadership and Talent management (succession and career development);Vendor management during the program’s delivery phase;Monitor success of Leadership programs (experience, quality, learning transfer, business impact);Provide continuous feedbacks for programs design improvement;Partner with L&P Business partners to effectively deliver and monitor learning programs;Ensure effective contents translation/customization.Who you are Degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics, or similar field;Applied knowledge of learning and development delivery process;Communication and change management skills;Project management skills;Stakeholders’ management;Data analytics skills;Collaboration skills;English and Portuguese fluent;Appreciation/desire to learn;Curiosity about future trends.Not a perfect fit?
