🛠️ What You’ll DoSupport global engineering learning initiatives that drive strategic development.Partner with product development teams to design and deliver impactful training programs.Help build key competencies across the organization through engaging learning solutions.Use your creativity and organizational skills to turn ideas into structured, effective plans.🎯 What We’re Looking ForExperience: 2+ years in learning & development, training, or project management.Communication: Strong presentation, writing, and speaking skills tailored to different audiences.Collaboration: A team player who builds trust, fosters relationships, and aligns goals across departments.Project Management: Able to plan, track, and communicate project progress using the right tools.Tech Savvy: Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel (including pivot tables), Word, SharePoint, and OneNote.Mindset: Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.Learning Enthusiast: Passionate about education and professional development.🌟 Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)Experience in automotive learning & development.Familiarity with Ariba and SharePoint.🎓 EducationBachelor’s degree in a related field.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.32 - $29.00/hr.
