Learning and Development Senior Lead

The Learning & Development Senior Lead for our Customer Experience organization accelerates learning across business functions, identifies skill and knowledge gaps, and aligns enablement initiatives with CX strategic objectives. By partnering with leaders and subject-matter experts, you will design engaging content and data-driven programs that empower teams to meet company goals and excel in their roles.
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Collaborate with Customer Experience leadership and stakeholders to assess training needs, define learning objectives, and design programs aligned to company goals.
+ Create engaging, interactive content (presentations, e-learning modules, videos, job aids) using instructional design principles.
+ Build a deep understanding of organizational structures, key functions, and processes to design enablement initiatives.
+ Work cross-functionally to provide technical and process enablement across the Customer Experience organization.
+ Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
+ Apply project management practices to plan, execute, and measure training programs.
+ Assess learning effectiveness; track KPIs and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
+ Consult on LMS usage (course creation, enrollment, reporting) and advise stakeholders.
+ Oversee Customer Experience onboarding strategy, ensuring effectiveness and impact.
+ Stay current on industry trends and best practices in L&D; integrate them into enablement strategies.
+ Manage and facilitate Demand Generation training for CX departments (preferred).
**Who You Are:**
You are a collaborative, customer-obsessed enablement professional who thrives on translating business needs into clear learning objectives and measurable outcomes. You balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, build trust with stakeholders at all levels, and champion a culture of continuous improvement.
**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ 5+ years of experience in training, enablement, or equivalent roles, with hands‑on involvement in developing learning content, leading workshops, and supporting employee skill development.
+ Advanced proficiency in English (C1), both oral and written.
+ Experience using learning management systems (LMS) for content management.
+ Ability to analyze data using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools to evaluate training effectiveness and KPIs.
+ Experience creating digital learning content (presentations, videos, e-learning modules, job aids).
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
+ Strong project management capabilities to balance competing priorities and evaluate program effectiveness.
**Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:**
+ Relevant certifications in learning, development, and enablement.
+ Experience managing and facilitating Demand Generation training for CX departments.
