Bachelor’s degree in hospitality Management, Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or Business Administration.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in hotel training or HR, with at least 2 years.
Professional training certifications are highly preferred.
Deep understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and modern interactive training methods (including eLearning platforms/LMS).
Flawless written and spoken English.
Exceptional public speaking, storytelling, and facilitation skills.
The LD Manager must personify the high standards, grooming, and poise expected of the brand.
Ability to read financial budgets, analyze guest satisfaction data, and use metrics to prove training efficacy.
