Learning And Development Manager
Job Title: Learning and Development Lead Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Learning and Development Lead to execute an annual Learning and Development (L&D) roadmap in alignment with the global Real Estate Management Services (REMS) L&D Strategy. This role will focus on L&D priorities for both the AMR Real Estate Management Services business and Global Real Estate Management Services Account Management. Responsibilities + Drive the execution of L&D priorities through strong project and program management. Near-term deliverables include the Skilled Trade AMR roll-out and management of the on-account onboarding process. + Support the launch and maintenance of the Real Estate Management Services Skills Academy by creating development guides and skills assessments, and lead the creation and maintenance of the learning hub on SharePoint. + Manage the annual L&D Nominations process in collaboration with Heads of Leadership Development and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. + Conduct biannual reviews of global Real Estate Management Services onboarding content to ensure relevance, and serve as the primary contact for onboarding questions. + Lead the AMR Real Estate Management Services L&D Guild, a monthly meeting group sharing best practices and leveraging products from the center. + Develop a communication strategy for learning programming, including maintaining business-facing learning hubs and an L&D calendar. + Facilitate key training programs per the business line roadmap or ad hoc requests, utilizing existing offerings before creating new ones. + Design new learning products with leadership approval, partnering with T&D Product Leads when necessary. + Represent the comprehensive Talent & Development agenda to regional partners, bringing in T&D Product Owners as needed. + Lead a high-performing team, ensuring business priorities are delivered effectively and aligned with the operating model. + Leverage data to communicate the business impact of L&D initiatives, preparing regular updates for stakeholders. + Lead and suggest improvements for REMS onboarding in collaboration with the talent team. Essential Skills + Instructional design expertise. + Experience with REMS and Learning Hub. + Strong strategic thinking to align work with global L&D strategy. + Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. + Proficiency in needs analysis and data-driven storytelling. + L&D project and program management skills, preferably with Asana experience. + Strong facilitation and design skills for engaging learning experiences. + Proven management skills to lead a high-performing team. + Technical proficiency in PowerPoint and SharePoint. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in strategic L&D roadmap execution. + Ability to influence and pause work that doesn't drive strategic outputs. + Experience in leveraging data to articulate business impact. Work Environment This role operates within a dynamic and innovative environment, utilizing project management tools like Asana and collaborative platforms such as SharePoint. The position involves working closely with various stakeholders to deliver impactful learning solutions aligned with business needs. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Chicago, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $100.00 - $100.00/hr.
