To lead the development and implementation of the segment learning and development strategy that align CoE governance and compliance frameworks; FirstRand Learning and Development Strategy and Corporate Governance requirements in achievement of the segment business strategies in current and future world of work.

Are you someone who can:

Lead the development and execution of a segment-wide learning and development strategy aligned to business goals and future workforce needsDrive thought leadership and innovation in learning practices across the organisationBuild collaborative relationships across FNB and the broader FirstRand Group to deliver integrated learning solutionsProvide governance oversight and manage compliance risks within the learning functionUse data and insights to report on learning impact and inform future strategiesManage budgets effectively to ensure optimal resource allocation and return on investment in learning initiativesAdopt a consultative mindset to deeply understand business needs and co-create impactful learning solutionsDevelop and lead groundbreaking learning programmes that drive transformation and future-readinessLeverage the latest technologies and digital platforms to enhance learning experiences and accessibility

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

Hold a Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Human Resource Development or equivalentHave 6 to 8 years experience in a learning and development leadership positionAre passionate about enabling inclusive cultures and driving transformation through learning
