Learning and Development Change Consultant
Our Legal and Governance Group Learning and Change team is dedicated to building capability and confidence across the group. We design and deliver learning programmes and change initiatives that support the adoption of new technologies and ways of working, ensuring our teams are equipped for ongoing transformation.
This is a 9-month contract.

As a Learning and Development Change Consultant, you will refresh and uplift our learning and development framework, integrating digital skills and aligning activities with our strategic priorities. You will design and implement a practical change approach, support the rollout of learning programmes, and engage with teams to help them embrace new tools and ways of working. Your work will help foster a culture of growth and adaptability across the Legal and Governance Group. What you offer

Experience in process improvement, business analysis, or service design, with familiarity in process mapping tools and techniques Ability to communicate ideas clearly and simply, using plain language and visual tools A curious and thoughtful approach, with confidence to ask insightful questions and challenge assumptions Comfortable working in agile, cross-functional teams and adapting to changing requirements Exposure to AI or automation in a business context is highly regardedQualifications in process improvement or design thinking, and experience in legal, governance or professional services environments are valuable.
