Position Title: People and Culture Intern **Job Overview** In the People & Culture (P&C) Team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our organizational efficiency through **process improvement, data analysis, and AI implementation.** This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your analytical skills to drive innovation and support the P&C team in delivering excellence across the organization. **Main Responsibilities** + Conduct process mapping and design to optimize P&C operations + Identify and implement simplification opportunities across various P&C functions + Increase AI usage and implementation within the P&C team and related processes + Perform data engineering tasks and conduct in-depth dashboard analysis + Support People Excellence activities through comprehensive data analysis + Generate process improvement insights and prepare related reports + Provide translation and documentation support as needed **Required Qualifications** + 3rd or 4th-year university student, or currently enrolled in a Master's program + Advanced level of English with strong presentation and communication skills + Proven collaboration abilities and an agile, proactive mindset + Advanced proficiency in MS Office and AI tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) + Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills We are seeking a motivated individual who can bring fresh perspectives to our P&C team and contribute to our ongoing efforts to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
