Our Team: 

Join our Finance team, where we drive strategic decision-making and business performance excellence in the pharmaceutical industry. Our department serves as a trusted business partner, providing critical financial insights that support our mission to deliver life-changing medicines to patients worldwide. We work collaboratively across all business units, combining rigorous financial analysis with deep industry knowledge to optimize resource allocation, track performance, and identify growth opportunities. As part of our team, you'll gain valuable experience in pharmaceutical finance while contributing to meaningful projects that directly impact our ability to bring innovative treatments to market. 

Main responsibilities: 

Support monthly financial reporting and performance tracking 

Assist with budget preparation and variance analysis 

Help maintain financial databases and documentation 

Support ad-hoc financial projects and process improvements 

Help prepare management reports and presentations 

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on finance-related initiatives 

About you  

Soft skills: Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data; Good communication skills; Strong interest in finance in pharmaceutical industry, business performance analysis and partnering with business units 

Technical skills: Strong analytical and Excel skills along with other MS Office programs; Experience with TM1 or a similar financial analysis tool would be a plus 

Education: Currently enrolled as a 3rd or 4th-year university student preferably in Finance, Economics, Management Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field 

Languages: Turkish and English
