Benefits: Comprehensive insurance, 401(k), Holidays and PTOSome field travel required Responsibilities Part of broader Upstream Operations Continuous Improvement CommunityGood stepping stone for someone with limited-to-no Ops experience to get involved directly in front linesEngage with all levels of the local field operations organization to embed the principles and structure of the Lean Management Framework, fostering a culture of continuous improvementDevelop being certified as Lean Coach (Level 3 skill)Lead lean projects to drive continuous improvement across Permian operations Lead larger, more complex end-to-end projects that directly link to strategic objectives (ex. Team-based routing, Dashboarding, etc.) Leverage EM Lean Standard to identify lean projects in support of key business goalsCoordinate calculation, tracking and validation of project benefitsDevelop Lean Practitioners Provide Lean Awareness and LP trainingCoach 2-5 LPs toward certification and completion of lean projectsProvide Leadership Coaching. Provide Lean Leader trainingCoach leadership in principles of Lean including Leaders Standard Work Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferredAbility to work directly with field operations and leadershipExposure to breadth of EM capabilities in cross-functional teams
