Lean Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities: Manage the Perfect Execution database.Coordinate monthly meetings with different business units and departments to review projects and provide appropriate follow-up.Keep the database updated.Preparation/interpretation of drawings/specificationsInventory poka yokesMeasurement of critical characteristicsMonitoring and Measurement of the product processAudit of the proper use of each PYEstablishment of maintenance tasks for pokayoke in EAMTake part in the development of future implementations in PYActively get involved in all activities of the Per(x) department such as:Audits and 5's Courses.Kaizen Events CoordinationTPM Events CoordinationCoordination of SMED EventsContinuous Improvement Projects.Support for Cost Reduction projects and Investment Projects

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related fieldFluent in EnglishMinimum 3 years in Manufacturing/engineering or a related department to use lean tools.Knowledge of Plcs, Pneumatics, Autocad, English (Spoken and Written), Lean Tools.Collaborate, Develop Talent, Cultivate innovation, Customer Focus, Decision quality, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
