Job Description

Overview: Looking for a talent to join Eurofins CPT Vietnam team and drive operational excellence across our site. This is a key role responsible for promoting a culture of LEAN and continuous improvement, leading improvement initiatives, and ensuring sustainable results that support our company’s long-term goals.

Main responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute Lean management (Standard Works, 5S, Visual management and communication, Kaizen, Kanban, VSM, etc.). Including but not limited to:

In charge of Lean method implementation, develop procedures/process, enforce and follow up improvement projects.Develop visual controls, communicate goals and best practice.Maintain lean operation metrics (TAT, quality, cost saving)Lead, review, supervise and coach Kaizen, VSM projects in Lab operation and supporting departments.

2. Collect data, analyze problems, make recommendations and deliver desired results. Develop data collection and analysis system to identify opportunities for improvement

3. Work hands-on to implement suggestions that improve or change processes in supporting the company’s objectives and operations.

4. Drive behaviors and change culture. Co-ordinate other departments to implement Lean and continuous improvement, safety project. Update the action plan and follow up team members to finish the tasks.

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial management or related fields.Min 3 years-experience as Lean/Continuous Improvement practitioner in manufacturing companies or equivalent.Strong knowledge in Lean Practitioner, Daily Management SystemHaving knowledge or understanding a Laboratory operation is an advantage.Good at leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
