What You’ll Be Doing:
In this role, you will:
Lead Lean Transformation and lighthouse projects to deliver performance and user experience improvements using the most appropriate lean, agile, and problem-solving tools and techniques
Drive and sustain the maturity of the Rolls-Royce Production System across the business against minimum standard criteria
Coach the organisation and business leaders in Lean
Build improvement capability across the site, identifying opportunities, coaching and supporting as needed
Deliver Lean training at all levels across the business to enhance understanding and adoption
Act as a focal point for knowledge sharing and best practice across the organisation
Who We’re Looking For:

For this role, you should have:
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Lean Leadership, ideally in Aerospace, Automotive, or Manufacturing
A proven track record of delivering impactful lean improvements
Strong business acumen, influencing capability, and programme management experience
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively at all levels
Desirable Accreditation:
Lean Expert or equivalent certification
