Category: Kalmar Facility: HSEQ Location: Stargard, PL Lean Expert Purpose of the position You will lead the implementation of our Lean strategy, guiding teams towards a culture deeply rooted in continuous improvement, collaboration, and excellence. As the driving force behind our Lean initiatives, you will: + Lead and inspire teams, providing clear vision, direction, and resources to achieve ambitious goals. + Embed Lean tools into everyday practices, including 5S, Kaizen, Gemba Walks, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and more. + Act as a trusted advisor and Lean expert, enabling teams to solve complex challenges proactively. Main tasks and responsibilities Lean Implementation: + Develop, oversee, and execute the Lean roadmap at our factory. + Serve as the central advocate for Lean methodologies, facilitating their integration across all operations. Safety First: + Ensure a safe workplace by proactively implementing health and safety standards. + Collaborate closely with our occupational health and safety services to continuously enhance workplace safety. Leadership & Team Development: + Inspire and empower teams through coaching, regular communication, and celebrating successes. + Facilitate team development with comprehensive tools (PDP, Compass, Gallup, psychometric assessments). Quality and Delivery Excellence: + Drive continuous improvements in quality, safety, productivity, and delivery. + Work cross-functionally with production, quality, and logistics teams to meet customer expectations consistently. Cost Efficiency and Sustainability: + Oversee departmental budgeting, cost control, and productivity initiatives. + Champion environmental stewardship by promoting sustainable practices across operations. What you’ll need to succeed + Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technical or Management fields. + Minimum 2 years' managerial experience in manufacturing or operations (5 years preferred in engineering/automotive industry). + Expert-level understanding of Lean Management tools, ISO standards, and project management. + Strong communication skills in English (C1).
