These skilled professionals will now integrate Lean methodologies as a core aspect of their responsibilities, alongside their expertise in Six Sigma. They will play a crucial role in embedding the Ford Production System into operations. Our Lean and Six Sigma Team Managers will be tasked with teaching, coaching, and tackling major concerns on priority issues for the organization. They will deliver impactful project results and support significant change initiatives, all within an environment that strongly embraces Lean principles and the Ford Production System.
