Role:
Leads, manages, and supports projects related to process and product improvements using Lean, Six Sigma and project management methodologies to achieve business goals.

Six Sigma Methodology:
Minimum Career path of 2 years in positions of Continuous Improvement or similar to the vacancy, with knowledge in the Metal Mechanics industry.Ability to select critical metrics aligned with business priorities.Ability to use specialized resources such as publications, partnerships, and conferences to stay up to date.In-depth knowledge of the DMAIC cycle (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control)Mastery of advanced statistical tools and Office (Excel, word, Power point, etc.)Extensive knowledge and handling of Lean tools (Ishikawa Diagram, Pareto Analysis, 5 Whys, etc.) as well as process improvement tools (Kanban, Kaizen, Poka Yoke, etc.)Advanced Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma MethodologiesActive Learning:
Could learn from his mistakes and successes, and he shares those lessons with others.Knows how to maintain active relationships within their team or unit to exchange knowledge. Learn and apply new tools, concepts, and processes relevant to their work.Analytical Thinking:

This position is from Monday to Friday
