Role:

Leads, manages, and supports projects related to process and product improvements using Lean, Six Sigma and project management methodologies to achieve business goals.

 What the candidate will do:

Designing and developing Six Sigma programs, including supporting systems and tools, for quality and business process improvement.Leading and managing Six Sigma project portfolios to achieve measurable business process improvements.Providing technical training and guidance for Green Belt professionals on the planning, development and implementation of Six Sigma projects.Employing Six Sigma methodology into organizational operations to meet business goals and objectives.

Education requirement:

Engineering or bachelor's degree completed preferred or relativeAdvance English

What skills the ideal candidate will have:

Six Sigma Methodology:

Minimum Career path of 2 years in positions of Continuous Improvement or similar to the vacancy, with knowledge in the Metal Mechanics industry.Ability to select critical metrics aligned with business priorities.Ability to use specialized resources such as publications, partnerships, and conferences to stay up to date.In-depth knowledge of the DMAIC cycle (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control)Mastery of advanced statistical tools and Office (Excel, word, Power point, etc.)Extensive knowledge and handling of Lean tools (Ishikawa Diagram, Pareto Analysis, 5 Whys, etc.) as well as process improvement tools (Kanban, Kaizen, Poka Yoke, etc.)Advanced Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma Methodologies

Could learn from his mistakes and successes, and he shares those lessons with others.Knows how to maintain active relationships within their team or unit to exchange knowledge. Learn and apply new tools, concepts, and processes relevant to their work.

Project Management:

Extensive knowledge in the planning, execution and closure of improvement projects.Ability to identify tools, phases, activities, and deliverables within functional projects.Ability to understand and explain concepts such as critical path, tasks, and key objectives.

Top Candidate Will Have:

Six Sigma (Black Belt) certification.Handling of digitization tools (Power BI, Power apps, etc.)

Location: Acuña, Coahuila

This position is from Monday to Friday

This position will 15%  require to travel
