Job Description
The Leads Specialist will play a pivotal role in collecting and consolidating leads from various sources, such as tradeshows, website inquiries, and marketing efforts. This position involves researching leads and ensuring they are efficiently passed on to the appropriate sales team members. Additionally, the Leads Specialist will support clients by ensuring they have all necessary products for trade shows and special events, while also managing order entries and overseeing shipments and deliveries.
Responsibilities
+ Collect and consolidate leads from diverse sources, including tradeshows and website inquiries.
+ Research and distribute leads to the correct sales personnel with comprehensive information for follow-up.
+ Ensure clients receive all necessary products for trade shows and special events.
+ Enter orders and track them through shipment and delivery.
Skills & Qualifications Required
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
+ Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
Work Environment
The position is based onsite in Oshkosh, with some hybrid work flexibility. The initial contract is for six months, with the potential for conversion depending on business needs.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
