Job Description

The Leads Specialist will be responsible for collecting and consolidating leads from various sources, including trade shows, website inquiries, and marketing activities. This role involves researching leads and passing them on to the appropriate sales personnel, ensuring that all relevant information is provided for effective follow-up. Additionally, the position requires ensuring that clients have all necessary products for trade shows and special events, as well as entering orders and overseeing their shipment and delivery.

ResponsibilitiesCollect and consolidate leads from trade shows, website inquiries, and marketing activities.Research and pass leads to the correct sales person with all collected information.Ensure clients have necessary products for trade shows and special events.Enter orders and follow through with shipment and delivery.Essential SkillsProficiency in data entry and administrative support.Strong skills in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Excel.Attention to detail.1+ years of experience using Salesforce.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Advanced Excel skills, including knowledge of Pivot Tables.Work Environment

This position is based onsite in Oshkosh, with some hybrid flexibility available. The role is a 6-month contract with the potential for conversion, depending on business needs.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
