Job DescriptionResponsibility for the standardization of the core process and FHW (Process specification)Group calendar and travel planningTracking of budgets and PSP elementsCapacity planning for process support: Service agreement (DLV) planning and tracking of POIPN support (technical): IPN projects Competence management at the IPN level for relevant processesProject review: Traceability concept and implementation status, conceptsMCI calculation when requestedApplication of the process, issuance, optimization, and improvement within PciP and IPNFurther development of standardized production capacities (e.g., tool design, process parameters, etc.)Benchmarking within IPN regarding technical availability (e.g., best practice in process changes)Contact person for engineering regarding new product developmentResponsibility for the specification and commissioning of processes, machines, and equipmentResponsibility for the specification and commissioning of MAE processes during the acquisition processSupport for IPN in MAE projects (upgrades, relocation, new lines, etc.)Standardization within IPN and execution of process confirmation on-siteDefining measurement techniques and metrics for core processesService provider for Value StreamImprovement of technical availability and quality (waste rate) influenced by the processMonitoring, analysis, and reporting of test resultsRemote and on-site support for production plantsCollaboration in root cause analysis and problem-solvingCreates and maintains process knowledge documentation for production processesEmployee training. QualificationsLevel VI-VII diploma (Mechanical Engineer or similar)3+ years of relevant work experienceKnowledge of English, both written and spokenVery good knowledge of product, manufacturing processes/machinesNetworks within IPN and Bosch experts is considered as advantageNormal working environment, White collar job groupNormal working environment
