What You'll Do

BCG’s North America Consulting Team (NAMR CT) Leadership Coaching team’s purpose is to deliver best-in-class corporate coaching experiences/expertise against various levels of BCG business need. We believe deeply in, and act toward:

As a Leadership Coach on the NAMR CT Leadership Coaching team you will:

 

Provide top quality coaching to NAMR CT staff“Direct” coaching of NAMR CT staff, includingCoaching a highly diverse group of consultants, spanning the US, Canada, and Mexico, across different levels and functional areasCoaching within and across our portfolio of 6+ core strategic offerings, using best-practice foundations specific to each offeringOfferings include: new manager group coaching, communications and presence group coaching, business-sponsored one-on-one engagementsCommon topics include: navigating big transitions, confidence in communications, sustainable performance“Indirect” coaching activities that support the above, as well as contributes deeply to your own and the team’s coaching development, quality, and impact. For exampleAccelerate our team’s vision, priorities, and impact by proactively bringing external or other internal information (trends, best practices, etc)Build individual and team learning through proactive sharing of coaching expertise, experiences, and challengesMaintain timely and accurate coaching data in team systemsContinuously improve offerings, and/or support pilot design

Requirements:

Masters or ICF PCC-level coaching training and accreditationCorporate coaching experienceBS/BA required, MBA or advanced degree preferred

Ideal candidates will also have:

5+ years of corporate coaching experience and/or internal corporate coaching experiencePrior experience in professional services or fast-paced corporate environment(s)Experience coaching diverse sets of clientsExperience in coaching various levels of staff in large, dynamic, and complex environmentsSpecialized coaching training and experience, eg. group coaching, adult development, Leadership Circle Profile, MBTIPassion and experience for facilitating coaching-related trainings

Format

At BCG, our people and relationships are at the heart of everything we do. We believe that in-person work is essential to our culture, mentorship, and professional development. That's why we operate on a hybrid model, with the expectation that team members will be in the office 3 to 5 days per week. This role is designed for those who thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment and is not intended for remote or virtual work.

 

Compensation

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below.

 

The base salary range for this role begins at $134,000 in our lowest cost geography and goes up to $188,000 in our highest cost geography. Your recruiting contact can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

 

This is an estimated range and specific base salaries within the range depend on factors such as office location, experience, and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness.

 

In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a discretionary bonus of up to 20% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.
