Acacia is expanding optical connection product portfolio to short reaches for intra data-center applications.

Your Impact

The Leader of Product Line Management plays a crucial role in DSP ASICs developed by Acacia, driving from product definition to fully integration into high volume production products. To ensure successful product development, this leader thoroughly understands the product requirements, semiconductor industry cutting edge technologies, and closely work with cross functional teams including ASIC/DSP and optical module development team.

External-Facing: Closely engage to customers and actively present in relevant standardizations in order to drive product requirements and understand trade-offs.

Internal-Facing: Closely work with cross functional engineering teams, optical module team, product marketing team to define product specifications and schedules and go-to-market strategies.

Minimum QualificationsTypically Bachelors or Master in Electrical Engineering or Physics + 15 years of related experience, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or Physics + 10 years of related experience.+ 10 years of optical coherent communication systems, transceiver or DSP experience in product management, system architect.Experience in high speed coherent and PAM optical transceiver technologies and applications.Experience with the successful products through full product life cycle from concept to high volume productions.Experience presenting at customers and technical conferences.Preferred QualificationsExperience with ASIC implementation including rough design flowExperience with ITU, IEEE, OIF standards and related topics
